Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Medical Assistant (MA) to support clinical trial operations for a leading clinical research organization conducting Phase I-IV studies across multiple therapeutic areas. This role blends traditional MA duties with clinical research responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and requires regular travel between clinic locations.Key Responsibilities Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and processingAssist with patient screening, scheduling, and coordination of study visitsSupport research coordinators with study documentation and protocol-related tasksPrepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environmentEducate patients and families on study procedures and visit expectationsEnsure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and study protocolsMaintain accurate and timely documentationTravel regularly between clinic sites (Salinas and Merced)Minimum Qualifications Medical Assistant certificationHealthcare experience requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-based environmentBilingual English/Spanish requiredValid Driver's License and ability to travel between sitesPreferred Qualifications Clinical research experiencePhlebotomy experiencePediatric experienceFamiliarity with research documentation and regulatory requirementsCompliance Requirements Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)Current TB clearanceImmunization records (declination available if applicable)Clean driving record and current Drivers LicenseSchedule & Pay (may vary by assignment) Multi-site role with travel between Salinas and Merced$21.25 per hourMeet Your RecruiterShawnee Eldridge
