About Us The Hägglöf Lab studies how B lymphocytes sense and respond to molecular stresses and insults to determine how B cell coping mechanisms control antibody formation and immune responses in contexts of cancer and vaccination. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform a moderate number of simple or moderate technical procedures; * Mouse husbandry and colony management * Perform simple immunoassays * Sample acquisition on flowcytometer (i.e., change tubes) * Assist with tissue/extraction/preparation for experiments * Require occasional guidance; * Order routine supplies; * Rarely modify technical procedures; * Rarely train other lab members; * Rarely guide other lab members; * A simple / limited understanding of scientific literature and the research goals and rationale is required; * Occasionally analyze data; * Rarely nterpret data; * Rarely make written contributions to papers and grant proposals.
