In this vital role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and interpret innovative tools that shape the future of healthcare and regulatory submissions.$53.45/hourRequired Skills: Master's Degree in Health Services Research, Statistics, Psychometrics, Outcomes Research, or a related field with 3+ years of pharma industry experience, or a PhD candidate. Strong understanding of COA/PRO requirements for regulatory and reimbursement agencies. Expertise in study design, data analysis, and interpretation of COA/PRO instruments. Proven project management and communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with scientific publications, presentations, and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, curiosity, and adaptability to team environments.Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic COA/PRO data migration and validation. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and latest methodologies in COA/PRO development. Previous involvement in clinical trial and observational study design and analysis. Publication records or links showcasing scientific contributions.Preferred Education and Experience: PhD or Master's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 3-5 years of pharma experience. Knowledge of COA/PRO development and validation processes, including regulatory and reimbursement contexts.Other Requirements: Hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite, flexible between Monday-Thursday.
