A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support preschool students in Lafayette, CO. This role involves working with children aged 3 to 5 years in a dynamic educational setting, providing behavior intervention services that promote positive outcomes and support developmental goals. Location: Lafayette, Colorado Assignment Duration: Immediate start through April 24th, 2026 Schedule: Two daily sessions-morning from 7:50 AM to 10:50 AM, and afternoon from 11:50 AM to 2:50 PM Student Group Size: Approximately 17 students in the morning session and 13 in the afternoon Position Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a certified Behavior Specialist Work closely with preschool-aged children to support social, communicative, and behavioral development Collect and document data on student progress and behavior Collaborate with the educational team to adjust strategies and ensure consistency across learning environments Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment for young learners Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with preschool-aged children, ideally within a school or therapeutic setting Strong communication and observational skills Ability to implement behavior plans with fidelity Patience and adaptability in managing diverse student needs This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated RBT to contribute to meaningful early childhood education and behavioral support within a structured school environment.
