In collaboration with Baystate Health, we are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care to our community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our team on a part-time, PRN basis.Position Overview:We are recruiting a PRN Psychiatrist to assist in patient management within our inpatient units. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry, with all subspecialties encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting.• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner.• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed.Requirements:• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one.• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
