Staffing for Middlesex County & Providing Clinical Supervision for licensed LSW and LAC!!Progressive Option Support Services is a multi-specialty group of therapists dedicated to providing a wide variety of therapeutic and behavioral services to adults, children, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges. We are currently seeking licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual-Spanish Speaking highly preferred but certainly NOT a requirement) to provide a variety of therapeutic services to children and adults. Background check and motor vehicle driver's abstract required.COMPETITIVE PAY & FLEXIBLE SCHEDULESSUPERVISION AVAILABLE for LACs & LSWs who want to become licensed in NJVisit us at: Responsibilities and DutiesIntensive In-Home Counselor Responsibilities:Provide in-home/community counseling (IIC) to children and adolescents who have emotional and/or behavioral needs.Provide services based on an individualized treatment plan to stabilize to prevent higher level of care.Provide behavioral interventions and behavioral management.Ensure complete and timely documentation of all activitiesTherapists will use short-term evidence-based practice/interventions to provide counseling to children/adolescents in accordance with their needs.Participate in child family team meetings as necessary.Schedule Monthly supervision/meet with Supervisor Monthly to discuss current and up-coming family visits.Ability to answer text or emails on timely mannercollaborate weekly with case managers with status of family/youth's progress.Qualifications and SkillsExcellent communication skills written and verbal.Master’s Degree or higher requiredLicensed: LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual-Spanish Speaking a plus)Driver’s License and reliable transportationWilling to travelDependable, creative and enjoys helping others.Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Creole, Sign Language, etc.).Must consent to a Criminal Background CheckJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:Master's (Required)License/Certification:PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LAC, LSW in the state of NJ (Required)Driver's License (Required)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleReferral programSchedule:After schoolChoose your own hoursMonday to FridayWeekends as neededWork Location: On the roadPowered by JazzHR
