We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Bristol, TN where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.Current Tennessee state license in good standing with the State License Board.Certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).Minimum one year experience as an RRT in an acute care hospital setting. Preferred: experience with ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and care of mechanically ventilated patients.BLS certification required. ACLS preferred.Experience operating and troubleshooting a range of ventilators and respiratory equipment, including both invasive and non-invasive ventilation, capnography, oximetry, and nebulizer devices.Demonstrated competency in suctioning, tracheostomy care, endotracheal intubation assistance, and performance of pulmonary function tests.
