Veranda of Pensacola - Pensacola, FL Family owned assisted and independent living community Wellness Coordinator- Full Time We are seeking a compassionate and driven Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as our Wellness Coordinator. In this role, you will lead, develop, and empower our dedicated team to deliver exceptional care to our Assisted Living residents. Job duties include but are not limited to: * Participate in the hiring process of hospitality-oriented resident care staff and Licensed Practical Nurses * Create a weekly schedule for the care staff, ensuring that all shifts are filled. * Train and supervise staff to maintain a highly functioning team environment. * Review job performance of care staff to ensure that our residents are receiving the best service possible. * Develop care plans for residents. * Facilitate communication with residents and family members. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Ideal candidates must possess strong relationship building skills. * Minimum of 2 years of management experience with evidence of being a strong leader * Experience in training, stating expectations for employees and measuring their progress. * Current Florida Nursing license * Familiar with ACHA regulatory requirements for Assisted Living Facilities Benefits: * Health, dental and vision insurance * 401k * Paid time off * Employee referral program * Competitive pay All offers of employment are contingent upon satisfactory results of pre-employment: * Drug Test * Physical Exam * TB Skin Test * Background Check Veranda of Pensacola is a family owned assisted and independent living community of no comparison.
