Job Title: Courier / Delivery Driver Location: Augusta Georgia Job Type: Part-time/ContractJob Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Courier to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages, documents, or goods to our customers, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. Most days you will only work 2 to 4 hours a day. Your day will start mid-morning and your route changes from day to day depending on what has to be delivered that day.Key Responsibilities:Pick up and deliver items promptly and safely, navigating assigned routes in varied weather conditions.Maintain accurate records of deliveries and attempted deliveries.Provide friendly customer service and communicate efficiently with office staff to update status.Perform vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and vehicle maintenance. Must have reliable transportation.Requirements:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
