Description• Engaged in the collecting, testing and analyzing blood, urine and other bodily fluids in order to provide diagnostic information to physicians/providers.• As personnel in a team environment the position requires effective communication skills.• Employee will be required at times to perform under stressful conditions successfully meeting the demands of patients as well as physicians.• Communicates relevant issues to physicians/providers.• Position requires professionalism in interpersonal encounters ensuring the values of the laboratory and commitment to quality customer service.• Provides quality service to medical providers in a customer-service oriented environment.• Reports to the laboratory supervisor.Required SkillsBachelor's Degree in chemical, physical, biological or medical laboratory sciences.
