Your own team. * Manage your own patient panel in a faculty-resident Patient Centered Medical Home - with a clinical pharmacist, behavioral psychologist, and case manager already in place * Precept residents in primary care continuity clinic * Attend on an inpatient resident ward team using an interdisciplinary bedside rounding model, working alongside OHSU and regional medical students **Education & Leadership (0.44 FTE)** * Real protected time to grow as an educator. * Teach, evaluate, and mentor residents; participate in intern recruitment and interviews * Develop conference lectures and curriculum * Guide resident QI projects and scholarly work in medical education * Partner with GME and residency leadership on program vision and innovation **What We Value:** We measure faculty success by clinical excellence and the quality of teaching - not publication counts.
