We carry a diverse selection of shrubs, trees, perennials, and annuals, alongside our charming garden and gift shop. From tropical and house plants, to fresh-cut flowers and beautiful arrangements, a huge selection of botanical delights and gift ideas. Additionally, we provide bulk materials, including topsoil, mushroom manure, compost, mulches, river rock and eastern seashore products. Our mission is to help create, improve and enhance our client's outdoor spaces by professional designs, installation and maintaining their landscape with our professional team of expert technicians.Our values reinforce this mission:Quality & SafetyTeamwork &LeadershipResponsibility & IntegrityExcellence & InnovationKey Responsibilities:General maintenance, cleaning, painting and upkeep of greenhouse and display areasMoves pallets stone, mulch and other materialsOperate loaders and yard equipmentDrive dump truck and make deliveries to customersLoad and unload vehicles for customers an staffAssist customers with purchases and materialsPrune, trim and maintain plant stockHelp plant and care for landscape beds on-siteBuild and create projects for eventsQualifications:Valid drivers license with clean driving recordAble to drive a dump truck or williness to learn (CDL preferred but not required)Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditionsFriendly, personable, and positive attitudeAbility to operate or williness to learn skid steer/front loaderExperience with landscaping or equipment operation is a plusAble to lift 60 pounds or moreAble to work independentlyKnowledge of plants or willingness to learnLeadership/ communication SkillsWilling to work 2 weekends per monthSchedule:Full-Time and part-time positions availableMust be available on weekends
