At KenCrest, our Adult Medical Community Home staff create a safe, nurturing environment for medically fragile adults with profound intellectual disabilities. As a STAFF NURSE, you'll play a vital role in overseeing your residents' daily care: medications, treatments, tube feedings, trach care, personal care, and always - plenty of love. You'll also accompany them to medical appointments, engage in community outings, or simply enjoy quiet moments on the patio.If you're passionate about nursing but want to make a real difference without the overwhelming typical 30:1 patient to nurse ratios, KenCrest offers a supportive 2:1 ratio where your impact is felt every day.
