Description The Graphics and Labeling Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of product labeling and technical documentation. This roles ensures compliance, enhancing usability, and supporting cross-functional product development and global commercialization efforts. JOB DUTIES: - Create and management of graphics, labeling, and technical documentation across multiple product families - Drive process improvements and implement new documentation technologies and methodologies - Manage documentation, graphics, and labeling workstreams for medium-scale projects - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely documentation deliverables Additional Skills & Qualifications Musts: - 3 to 5 years of experience in graphics, labeling, and technical writing within a regulated industry - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and document/content management systems - Familiar with global regulatory and labeling requirements (FDA, ISO, MDR) - Bachelors degree in technical communications, life sciences, engineering, or related field Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
