Willing to obtain allowed.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
