Flexible scheduling - Part-time or PRN Variety of shifts available: days, evenings, overnights, weekends One-on-one client care (no facility staffing) Paid orientation and ongoing training 24/7 support from our office team Work close to home Competitive hourly pay Consistent and stable client assignments Caregiver Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, walking, and transfers Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and organization Assist with safe mobility (walker, wheelchair, etc.) Provide medication reminders (no administration) Observe and report changes in client condition Complete care notes and clock in/out using a mobile app Follow all agency policies, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or long-term care) CNA experience is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Ability to pass a national background check CPR certification and TB test (or willingness to obtain) Professional, dependable, and compassionate Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation Job Details Job Type: Part-time / PRN Pay: Hourly (non-exempt) Location: Munster, IN and surrounding Lake & Porter Counties Industry: Non-Medical Home Care / Senior Care Reports To: Staffing Coordinator We are actively hiring and reviewing applications daily.
