We have a position for an experienced Scrum Master to ensure processes are followed, plan Sprints, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries. What you will be doing: Plan for Sprints and quarterly PI, track progress, coordinate with the immediate team, Advanced Analytics, Data engineering, Digital organization, IT, etc. Lead daily standup meetings to track progress and review backlog items. Provide regular leadership updates on project progress, roadblocks etc. Work with the product owner, technical lead, and architect to ensure a robust backlog is maintained with a clear release plan. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the following areas: UI development with React Analytics Data Engineering AI pipelines and chat applications What you'll need to be successful: College, university, or equivalent bachelor's degree in engineering or data analytics or Computer Science or other relevant technical disciplines. Experience with full stack development is preferred. Experience with JIRA is preferred. Experience as a Scrum Master is required. Good communicator - written and verbal. An effective problem solver who is comfortable using analytical tools. Eager to learn; ask questions. Self-motivated. Self-manage and communicate what they are working on and issues discovered.
