Key Objectives Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support via live chat to enhance customer experience. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. Maintain clear and professional communication that reflects Stello Foods' values. Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex issues effectively. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and courteous manner. Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance related to Stello Foods' offerings. Track and document customer interactions accurately using CRM tools. Identify and elevate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate departments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, promotions, and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in live chat support or customer service, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
