Your Impact Serve as Project Manager for transportation projects development services, from pursuit through final delivery Lead multidisciplinary design teams Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality in accordance with Lochner's project management procedures Act as the primary point of contact with project client and subconsultants Support pursuits, including technical approach development, staffing plans, schedules. Mentor and develop staff while fostering a collaborative team environment Support client development and fostering relationships with existing and new clients. Promote Lochner's culture of safety, quality, and integrity on all projects Who You Are 8+ years of transportation project development experience Experience in Seymour, Vincennes and or Greenfield District highly preferred Demonstrated project management experience on highway and or bridge design projects Strong working knowledge of INDOT policies and procedures Experience managing multidisciplinary teams Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills Willingness to travel within Indiana as project and business development needs require Commitment Joining Lochner means gaining access to a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to support your health and financial well-being throughout your career.
