Position Summary:As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. Your responsibilities include delivering store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high"‘quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track. Frequent travel across the US is required. Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross"‘functional teams. Shift & Travel: Primarily working overnight; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required, with an expectation of 80% travel or 17"‘21 days at a time. Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and potential stock compensation. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, or 3 years of experience in one of these areas. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job"‘required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business or related field. 1 year's experience leading cross"‘functional teams.
