Expense and mileage reimbursement What You'll Do Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family. Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family. Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals. Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care. Who You'll Work With Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families. What You Need A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation. The ability to pass thorough background screens. A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K"‘12 setting.
