Key areas of support as a HRBP: HR Strategy: Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and policies and align them with the organization's goals and objectives Talent Management: Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring decisions align with longer-term talent and development goals Talent Development: Support enterprise Talent Development & Strategy initiatives by contributing to the design, execution, and sustainment of talent programs. The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 -$120,000. The actual pay will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
