Nevco proudly unveils our latest expansion into the energetic and dynamic world of live event production and promotion and is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist / Product SME to lead growth in this fast-moving segment. This individual will own deep expertise in our mobile LED trailer product line, support the broader sales team, develop new markets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through delivery and training. This role blends direct sales, technical product expertise, customer training, trade show execution, and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Serve as the subject matter expert on Nevco LED trailers. Support field sales during customer discovery, quoting, and closing. Directly prospect and sell trailers into new verticals including: Mobile LED rental companies Event operators Commercial venues Municipalities and other non-traditional buyers. Maintain and manage the LED trailer sales pipeline and forecasting. Trade Shows & Demonstrations Transport, set up, operate, and return trailers for approximately 3 trade shows annually. (Note: No CDL required. Company covers truck rental and expenses for towing.) Conduct live demos for prospective customers, including roadshow opportunities with schools, parks, and municipalities. Represent Nevco professionally at industry events. Customer Delivery & Training Coordinate delivery logistics including title transfers and transport arrangements. Travel to customer sites when needed to conduct product training and onboarding. Ensure customers are confident operating their trailer post-delivery. Sales Operations & Administration Manage documentation related to trailer sales: Titles and registration paperwork Delivery coordination CRM updates and pipeline reporting, Salesforce experience a plus Act as technical liaison between customers, engineering, and sales. Experience 3+ years in technical sales, equipment sales, AV/display technology, trailers, events, or similar. Experience supporting complex sales cycles preferred. Trade show or field demo experience a plus. Skills Strong consultative selling capability. Comfortable explaining technical products clearly. Highly organized with attention to operational details. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally. Comfortable towing trailers and traveling as required. Personal Attributes Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid sales/operations role. Customer-focused with strong communication skills. Hands"‘on, adaptable, and willing to travel. Travel Expectations Trade shows, customer training, and demos required periodically. Combination of local towing trips and occasional air travel.
