Manages project costs, schedules, and quality to ensure critical milestones and deliverables are completed on time. Interacts effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives and physicians, to drive change within the organization. Prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships. Facilitates cross-functional meetings and discussions to address roadblocks and ensure timely completion of critical milestones and deliverables. Translates clients' perceptions of problems into viable solutions and actionable items. Uses diplomacy and flexibility in response to clients' changing concerns. Maintains accurate documentation and status of project timelines. Keeps team stakeholders and executive leadership informed of project progress and potential impacts. Proactively identifies potential project risks and takes steps to mitigate them. Conducts observations, develops actionable plans, and implements viable solutions to identified problems. Travels between local locations for meetings and observations as required. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Has conceptual familiarity with project management tools & methodologies [Required] Has conceptual familiarity with risk management, budget & resource planning, project documentation, and schedule tracking [Required] Awareness of basic process improvement and change management concepts and methodologies [Required] Ability to succinctly translate high level concepts into actionable items [Required] Strong written and verbal communication skills [Required] Excellent organizational and time management skills [Required] Able to work semi-independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork. [Required] Ability to transfer clients' perceptions of problems into viable solutions. Utilizes diplomacy skills and flexibility in response to clients' changing concerns.
