Overview GAIS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for its Customer Service Department. The qualified CSR will process inbound calls for retention, billing questions, customer service, retention and cross selling. They will possess at least one or more of the following skills: telephone customer service, retention, sales, inbound call center experience, Life and Health Insurance License. Position Details: Pay: $18/hr + Bonus opportunity Remote: In the Chicago Land area only Must have an active Illinois Life and Health License Benefits Start day 1!
