Job Description The HCM Line of Business Demand Manager builds and orchestrates the execution of the regional HCM demand plan with all five sources of Demand (Marketing, Sales Quota Carriers, Partners, Services & Customer Success Manager and Digital Hub Sales Development Executives). The HCM demand plan includes both Demand Generation activities and early-stage Pipeline Progression activities that provide SAP HCM Account Executives with incremental quality pipeline and leads that they can ultimately bring to a successful close. The Demand Manager is accountable for meeting demand targets set for both Demand Generation and Pipeline Progression activities. In this role, you will: Be the custodian of Demand for the HCM Line of Business in the region and work closely with the Global Demand Management Team as well as the Americas Head of SAP HCM and Regional Demand stakeholders. Partner to define, execute and measure progress against primary growth priorities, programs, and campaigns. Consolidate, analyze, and monitor demand from all sources to ensure a balanced and sustainable sales pipeline to bridge the R4Q Pipeline gap. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Digital teams to align demand generation efforts with business priorities and regional goals. Track and report on pipeline creation, quality, and conversion; identify gaps against targets and lead actions to close them. Drive cadence between campaigns, partner activations, and sales plays to avoid overlap and maximize reach and impact. Continuously refine the demand process, metrics, and orchestration model to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all teams. Run and contribute to demand-related regional and global operational forecasts and cadences to support the HCM Line of Business. Additionally, the Demand Manager ensures the execution of globally mandated Demand programs as applicable in their region and facilitates the relay of regional best practices for global syndication and sharing purposes. This role requires a communicative and well-connected leader to collect and implement best practices, lead by influence, rally the five sources of Demand to support the execution of their demand plan, and drive continuous improvements around demand processes and technology. Qualifications Experience driving Sales Pipeline with modern "data"‘driven" demand generation methods (Digital Sales, Social Selling, Digital Marketing, Outbound Prospecting, Propensity Models). Proficiency with program planning and/or evaluating new business development opportunities in new or emerging markets. Proven knowledge in demand generation, integrated marketing campaign planning, digital marketing, and project management best practices. Knowledge of SAP portfolio, SAP HCM and related products and solutions, partners, markets, and competition is a significant plus. Outstanding communication, organizational, and time"‘management skills. High"‘impact personality, good networking skills. Compensation Range Transparency: SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 137,300 - 294,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc., as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
