With a focus on reliability, performance, and customer partnership, Forge helps companies across industries keep their operations moving with dependable equipment and expert support.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Compliance Manager to maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations as well as recommend best practicesWork hand-in-hand with Compliance Manager to expand/deploy current training and complete annual compliance report filingSupport full-cycle recruiting efforts including job description development, sourcing, screening, offer and onboardingWork hand-in-hand with leadership to develop standardized employee onboarding as well as specialized onboarding for different company divisionsResponsible for the administration of company benefits, including health plans, retirement plans, etc.Support Branch Managers on operational procedures surrounding personnelCollaborate with Finance Team to ensure payroll accuracyMaintain and update employee records and HR documentation (Paycor experience preferred)Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolutionDevelop and support performance management processes, including review cycles, employee development and retention effortsPartner with leadership to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives surrounding training and development, employee handbook, employee engagement and moreSupport the entire employee lifecycleTrack and report on HR metrics to support business decisions, maintaining data integrityEvaluate new HRIS for rollout and implementationMaintain high level of responsiveness, including timely escalation supportQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years of related work experience in at least one of the following:Talent acquisition (including use of ATS) and onboardingAnalyzing HRIS and payroll reports to support data-driven decision makingWorking knowledge of local, state and federal labor laws, as well as familiarity with OSHA safety regulations (DOT, EPA FMSCA preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate across all levels of the organization and work effectively with both shop floor employees as well as leadership teamKnowledge and comfort working within HRISAbility to work within the Microsoft platform (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring efficiency, accuracy and timely executionAdaptable and flexible working style to meet shifting business needsStrong problem solving, decision-making, attention to detail and administrative skillsPreferredMaster's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldPrior HR experience in trucking, transportation, heavy equipment, or industrial industriesPHR, SHRM-CP or other relevant HR certificationStrong business acumenBilingual in English and SpanishWhat Success Looks LikeMeasurable growth in qualified leads and customer acquisitionClear visibility into marketing performance and ROIStrong, differentiated brand presence in the commercial vehicle marketScalable, data-driven marketing programs that support long-term growthWhat We OfferSalary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)This role is also eligible for our Annual Bonus PlanComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) (including match)Paid Time Off and holidaysHybrid work flexibilityOpportunities to be the founding HR role and professional growth within a rapidly expanding organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
