Job Description The Real Estate Lease Admin will become a foundational member of ABC's new and growing Real Estate team. This position will report directly to ABC's Sr. Director and Head of Real Estate and, together with the rest of the New Centers and Legal team, will support the ABC mission to provide high"‘quality ABA services to as many patients and their families as possible, as soon as possible. This role may be remote/hybrid, but ABC prefers candidates to be based in Austin, TX, who are willing to work from the ABC headquarters 2"‘3 days per week. The position will primarily be responsible for database management of all active leases and for supporting all post"‘lease"‘signing documentation and administration functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2"‘5 years of lease administration or paralegal experience. What You'll Be Doing Supporting ABC's Head of Real Estate with post"‘lease documentation. Applying ABC's real estate negotiation playbook to review estoppels, SNDA, notice letters, and support ABC Accounting with matters related to lease payments. Reviewing leases and providing lease interpretations. Communicating and interacting with other legal and operations teammates, accounts receivable, and external parties regarding the projects handled by the ABC Real Estate team. Drafting and preparing lease notices to landlords regarding lease obligations, reimbursements, and landlord performance. Assisting in the development and implementation of best practices and procedures. Attending team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed or required. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. What You'll Bring With You Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree and related work experience. 2"‘5 years of real estate lease administration or paralegal experience, preferably in an organization with a large, multi"‘site real estate portfolio. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Google Mail, and other related software. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions in person and by telephone. Time"‘management skills and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities with shifting time frames, and meet tight deadlines; willingness to learn with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow"‘through. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to initiate efforts and work independently within the scope of responsibilities and with minimal supervision. Excellent writing skills; ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Some travel required (less than 10%).
