This role supports financial planning operations, client service delivery, and advisor workflow management while providing meaningful long-term career development opportunities within the practice.This position will play a key role in supporting financial planning implementation, client communication, and operational efficiency while contributing to an exceptional client experience.Position OverviewThe Licensed Paraplanner will support financial planning and client service functions by preparing meeting materials, managing workflow items, supporting trade and operations processes, and assisting with client communications.We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with experience in wealth management operations and a strong interest in supporting comprehensive financial planning.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Client SupportPrepare and organize client meeting materialsEnter and maintain client data within financial planning and CRM systemsSupport financial plan updates and scenario modeling as client information changesAssist with client onboarding and planning workflow coordinationSupport preparation of planning presentations and client recommendation materialsOperations & Administrative SupportSupport trade processing and operational workflow managementAssist with work items currently assigned to team members as neededTrack and support financial planning operational processesCoordinate client communications via phone and digital channelsClient Experience & Practice SupportProvide high-quality service support to clients and advisorsMaintain accurate CRM and client recordsAssist with special projects and practice initiativesSupport advisor marketing, scheduling, and meeting preparation needsQualificationsActive securities licenses preferred (Series 7, Series 66, Life & Health)3-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service roles preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityCollaborative team-oriented mindsetPreferred Experience (Not Required)Experience with Ameriprise systems strongly preferredExperience in paraplanning, financial planning, or advisory operationsInterest in long-term career growth toward Associate Financial Advisor roles (3-5 year pathway)Experience supporting high-touch client service environmentsCompensation & BenefitsStarting compensation: $70,000Non-exemptBonus and profit-sharing opportunities availableHealth Insurance - Kaiser Gold Plan HMO (80% employee / 50% family coverage)401(k) with 3% employer contribution after one yearRemote work opportunity with schedule aligned to local operating hoursCareer GrowthThis role provides exposure to financial planning operations, client relationship management, and practice workflows.
