Revenue Optimization Manager (AM Law 100) A nationally recognized AM Law 100 firm with 500+ attorneys providing comprehensive legal services to innovative companies from startups to global enterprises. Role: The Revenue Manager is responsible for optimizing the firm's revenue cycle by overseeing pricing, billing, realization, utilization, and collections performance. This role partners closely with practice group leaders, partners, billing attorneys, and finance leadership to improve matter profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance while maintaining compliance with client agreements and firm policies. Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics including utilization, realization, leverage, and collection ratesIdentify revenue leakage and implement corrective strategies across practice groupsSupport annual revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long"‘range planningSupport partners with pricing strategies, alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), discounts, and client rate negotiationsReview engagement letters and client guidelines to ensure accurate billing and complianceWork with billing teams to resolve invoice rejections, write"‘offs, and write"‘upsDevelop dashboards and reports on revenue trends, matter economics, and client profitability Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 4+ years of revenue management, finance, or pricing experience Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment Strong understanding of law firm economics (billing rates, realization, utilization) Working Situation: Hybrid Base Salary: $130-190k+, commensurate with experience.Additional Compensation: Annual performance"‘based bonus.Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and professional development/career growth programs.
