Immigration Paralegal We are seeking a paralegal with 1 - 4 years of business immigration experience, who possesses a passion for immigration law and working with people from around the world. Candidate must be California based. Responsibilities Assisting our attorneys in preparing employment-based non-immigrant and/or immigrant visa petitions. Assisting with case types including PERM, naturalization, and family-based cases. Receiving training on the law behind the processes and best practices to ensure success for our clients. Requirements BS/BA degree. Clear written and oral communication skills. Strong aptitude for persuasive writing, attention to detail, and efficient time management. Organized, able to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent English communication and client service skills. Experience in MS Suite and enjoyment of working in a team environment. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: In accordance with California's pay transparency law, the expected base salary range for this position is between $57,000-$71,000 depending on experience.
