We direct import specialty coffees and the finest teas from producing countries around the world. Our coffees are hand roasted in small batches and teas are carefully curated guaranteeing product freshness and consistency. We deeply care about sustainability, high quality and social responsibility.We are looking for a motivated barista to join our mobile cafe, who will be the first point of contact between Tico Coffee Roasters and our retail clients. This person is also responsible for developing a retention strategy that will yield positive long term returning customers. The ideal barista is someone who is passionate about coffee, food and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in respect, empathy, and recognition. Previous experience is not necessary, although it is a plus.
