Job Description The role will support the San"¯Francisco office team members by providing executive administrative assistance, managing calendars and schedules for all team members, booking virtual and in"‘person meetings, arranging international and domestic travel, preparing high"‘volume client meeting materials, supporting expense platforms, coordinating catering for onsite client meetings, booking off"‘site team social events, handling general administrative needs, managing holiday card and client gift distributions, providing backup EA support for other team admins, assisting at the reception desk when needed, managing visitor requests, and supporting podcast logistics in partnership with the Marketing team.
