This role focuses on engineering transformation through advanced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and digital modelling.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction for applying industry-standard analysis methods to optimize engineering and manufacturing processes.Lead the implementation of national and industry standards for product definition data.Oversee strategic planning approaches that simulate multi-functional dependencies across the product development lifecycle.Serve as Engineering SME for IPDM R9/2312 Change Request and Data Migration test development and execution.Lead integration and testing of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) system models with IPDM R5 and R9/2312.Operate under consultative direction, driving innovation and continuous improvement across engineering systems.Qualifications & SkillsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering processes.10+ years integrating Digital Engineering modeling (e.g., 3D solid modeling, systems modeling, simulation).10+ years of analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.5+ years developing technical presentations.Preferred:15+ years of Systems Engineering experience.15+ years integrating Digital Engineering modeling.15+ years of analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting.8+ years presenting technical content to senior leadership.Education/Experience Note:Typically acquired through advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, with 14+ years of related experience.
