You'll be responsible for assessing each site, securely mounting TVs on a variety of outdoor surfaces, and ensuring that all wiring is concealed and the job is completed cleanly and professionally.This is a perfect opportunity for reliable, self-managed techs who take pride in precise, well-executed work.Key ResponsibilitiesMount outdoor/weatherproof TVs on a variety of surfaces including concrete, brick, stucco, siding, and drywallDrill with precision to ensure safe, secure installation without damage to client propertyAssess mounting surfaces and identify studs, anchors, and bracket placementProvide professional cable concealment solutions:In-wall cable routingSurface-mounted cable coversExternal wiring managed neatly and discreetlyEnsure the final setup is aligned, level, and cleanTroubleshoot basic A/V or connection issues as neededClean the workspace thoroughly before leavingUse a second technician for larger or heavy-duty installations when necessaryDeliver exceptional customer service and confirm satisfaction before closing the jobInstallation of add ons (Home theater, Soundbar, or dismounting)RequirementsExperience with outdoor TV mounting (preferred) or strong residential mounting backgroundProficiency with tools and hardware required for mounting: Drill, stud finder, level, anchors, ladder, mounting bracketsMust own and bring your own tools to every jobAbility to drill safely into concrete, brick, and stuccoReliable vehicle and valid driver's licensePhysically capable of lifting and mounting TVs up to 100 lbs (can bring a helper if needed)Strong attention to detail and a clean work styleComfortable working independently and managing your own scheduleExcellent customer service and communication skillsBenefitsFlat rate starting at $100 per installation (adjusted if helper is involved)Mileage reimbursement for travel over 20 miles (one way)Job-specific expenses covered when approvedFlexible, on-demand scheduling"”you pick which jobs to takePartner with a nationally recognized brand with ongoing job offersNote: This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
