This project involves taking ownership of assigned trade shows and managing end-to-end event logistics to cover a maternity leave. This is a high-impact role that requires a self"‘motivated professional with an owner mentality who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are completed by deadlines. Help manage end-to-end logistics, pre- and post-marketing support, event set-up and teardown. Oversee trade show inventory and booth assets. Track, measure, and report standard metrics across event marketing efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure event success. Required Skills & Experience 1-3 years of trade show or event marketing experience. Deep expertise in booking trade shows. This isn't a learning role"”you need to be a subject matter expert. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals. Experience using event and marketing systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana.
