This position is responsible for ensuring that all contracts and grants are managed and in compliance with current laws and regulations, and that all grant activities and reports are submitted in a timely manner, and reimbursement requests are in compliance with all grant reporting guidelines and rules.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences**Duties include, but are not limited to the following:* Assure that grants are funded, budgeted, and managed, and in compliance with regulations.* Monitor grant cash flow; prepare grant financial reports; and process grant fund activity transactions.* Assist with budget development for new grants.* Establish new operating funds and prepare budget revisions, deposits, and other adjustments.* Review grant project expenditures and approve invoices for payments; monitor expenditures and submit reports and reimbursement requests.* Respond to requests for budget projections, account balances, expenditure detail, and other pertinent account information and questions from project coordinators and NCAOC staff.* Assist with preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).This position reports to the Grants Manager.
