Position Mid"‘Level Structural Design Engineer Location Temecula, CA Base Pay Range $85,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required Minimum 3 years of structural design experience specific to California building codes Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience strongly preferred Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to assign and manage entry"‘level staff Experience with wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures in high seismic zones Perform engineering calculations, site investigations, and create technical drawings Coordinate with internal teams and support project scheduling and budgeting EIT preferred; PE license not required but considered a plus Benefits This full"‘time, permanent, direct"‘hire position offers great benefits including 3-4 weeks of vacation/sick time depending on experience and license, paid holidays, 401k with company match after one year, performance"‘based annual bonuses, and flexible/remote work schedules.
