This role is in their coatings division "” a high-performing, high-margin business unit focused on water/wastewater treatment, tanks, structural steel, government facilities, and municipal infrastructure. What You'll Do Build accurate, competitive cost estimates for complex industrial coating and painting projects spanning water/wastewater treatment, tanks, structural steel, bridges, government facilities, and municipal infrastructure Run site evaluations, quantify labor and materials, and review project specifications Solicit and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to build winning, profitable bids Work directly with PMs, sales, and operations to make sure bids are compliant and profitable once executed Solve problems independently "” bring new thinking to access and coating challenges, not just the standard playbook Who You Are You have 5+ years of estimating experience and treat every bid like a business case, not just a takeoff. You've personally driven revenue growth and know how to win work, not just price it. You have proven expertise in commercial and industrial coatings, surface preparation, and industrial estimating You're proficient with takeoff tools like PlanSwift, OnScreen Takeoff (OST), or similar such as any one of the following: Bluebeam, STACK, Sage Estimating, RSMeans, Procore, Autodesk Takeoff, etc. SSPC, NACE/AMPP, or OSHA certifications are a plus Nice to have but not required: AutoCAD, Salesforce Ready to Talk? 3 ways to apply!
