The world can't wait.**You Have:*** 4+ years of experience with systems engineering or project management, schedule planning, and development efforts on Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware systems* 4+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and updating project-based schedules including giver or receiver items, critical paths, linkages, and comparing actual progress against the baseline* Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to establish and manage Integrated Master Schedules and technical baselines* Experience identifying scheduling risks or conflicts, implementing remediation and mitigation plans, applying Critical Path Methodology (CPM) to identify dependencies, calculate float, and expose schedule risks* Experience with scheduling tools, including MS Project, Milestones Professional, One Pager Pro, and Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint and Excel* Ability to gather data from multiple sources and stakeholders across the program and display it in a useful manner for the customer* Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers, and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals* Ability to identify, document, and integrate technical and programmatic data describing systems, segments, and external drivers to review and provide input to the Integrated Master Schedule* Secret clearance* Bachelor's degree**Nice If You Have:*** Experience performing systems engineering, program management, and schedule development activities on space-based remote sensing systems* Experience working in Atlassian Suite, such as JIRA and Confluence* Experience managing annual schedule activities for remote sensing sustainment programs, working with large amounts of data, and utilizing metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organization* Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02* Knowledge of space systems and their corresponding design, development, manufacturing, integration and testing, deployment, operations, and decommissioning activities* Ability to communicate, coordinate, and concurrently manage several Program-level, Enterprise, and Integrated Master schedules* TS/SCI clearance* Master's degree in engineering, business, mathematics, computer science, or physics* Project Management Institute - Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification**Clearance:**Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
