Tutor Doctor is looking for an energetic and personable Community Outreach Assistant to support local outreach efforts in the Woodland Hills and surrounding communities. In this role, you'll help increase awareness of our tutoring services by connecting with families directly in their neighborhoods. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working independently, and engaging with people in a meaningful way. Pay: $20-$25/hour + bonus opportunitiesHours: 5-15 hours per week with flexible scheduling Key Responsibilities Local Outreach Walk neighborhoods in Woodland Hills and nearby areas Introduce Tutor Doctor to families in a friendly, approachable way Request permission to place lawn signs in visible areas Represent the brand respectfully within the community Community Engagement Act as a positive, professional face of Tutor Doctor Provide basic information about tutoring services Help build awareness and trust with local families Tracking & Reporting Log outreach activity and sign placements Keep accurate records of homeowner permissions Share insights and feedback from the field Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Outgoing and comfortable approaching new people Dependable and self-driven Able to work independently and stay organized Comfortable walking for extended periods outdoors Reliable transportation required Perks & Benefits Flexible schedule Performance-based bonuses Valuable experience in grassroots marketing and outreach Great for students or early-career professionals or people interested in marketing About Us Tutor Doctor is a leader in one-on-one, in-home tutoring.
