You'll work closely with our team to support day-to-day PR initiatives across our roster of high-end design and lifestyle clients. This is a remote position with monthly in-person meetings in Los Angeles, as well as occasional travel for client events, photoshoots, and press opportunities. A car and valid driver/'s license are required. You must be based in Los Angeles, as you will be covering clients in person from time-to-time.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and update client press kits, bios, and media materialsAssist in all client communications: drafting memos, managing schedules, confirming interviews, and coordinating travel detailsOversee all communication and tracking for Library Card, our membership program that helps interior designers land press inclusions in the media.
