We're seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to drive the successful adoption of our SAP ERP implementation. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while working alongside passionate professionals committed to enhancing business performance and empowering our workforce.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to SAP ERP transformationConduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement plans across business units and geographiesLead the design and delivery of communication campaigns to build awareness and alignmentCollaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategiesPartner with training teams to design and deliver SAP-specific enablement programs, including role-based training and job aidsEstablish and monitor change adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and feedback loopsIdentify and manage resistance to change, providing coaching and support to leaders and change agentsEnsure alignment between change management activities and overall program milestonesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, or related field8+ years of experience in change management, with at least 3 years supporting SAP ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC)Certification in Change Management (e.g., PMP, Prosci, ADKAR) strongly preferredStrong understanding of SAP modules and their impact on business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR)Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsExperience working in cross-functional, global, and matrixed environmentsPreferred SkillsMaster's degree or MBAExperience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Enable Now or similar toolsFamiliarity with digital adoption platforms and LMS systemsWhy This Role?This is a unique opportunity to lead change for one of the most significant technology transformations in our organization's history.
