PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking to contract with a Nurse Practitioner for a mission-driven behavioral health organization expanding its Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services across multiple Northern California sites, including Clayton, Pittsburg, Concord, and Oakland, CA.This is a meaningful opportunity to support underserved communities while working with a passionate team focused on addiction recovery and patient-centered care.LOCATION:Our client provides behavioral health services across various outpatient clinics in Northern California, including locations in Clayton, Pittsburg, Concord, and Oakland.The Nurse Practitioner must be willing and able to travel daily across these assigned sites.PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:Part-time (20 hours/week) schedule availableMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMNo weekend work requiredFlexible scheduling offeredROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Travel between multiple clinic locations to provide MAT servicesConduct initial evaluations and follow-up carePrescribe medications in line with addiction treatment protocolsComplete and review intake documentation (e.g., DHCS Client Care Questionnaire)Coordinate with site physicians and clinical leads to ensure continuity of careFollow standards set by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical recordsQUALIFICATIONS:Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of CaliforniaValid DEA registrationWillingness and ability to travel daily across multiple clinic sitesExperience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or primary care preferredMalpractice/professional liability and general liability insuranceAPPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:Please provide an updated CV and the following credentials.
