This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-end residential and commercial design projects while gaining experience in FF&E sourcing, space planning, and project management.Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesDesign & Administration CoordinationWork with the Senior Designers on creating client presentations, material and finish schedules, and design documentationAssist in selecting furniture, lighting, fabrics, and accessories that align with the project's design direction and client preferencesSupport the development of furniture layouts and customization details with the design teamParticipate in internal review meetings and assist in implementing feedbackManage creating Proposal Packages for client review and approvalsCoordinate with Expediting and Accounting teams on client and vendor payments reconciliationsManage and update expediting and project budget reportsVendor CoordinationMaintain relationships with vendors to request quotes, ensure all details and documents are updated for fabrication, and manage production schedulesAssist in reviewing design details, finishes, and customizations during furniture productionEnsure final products meet design specifications and make minor adjustments as neededInstallation & Project ExecutionProvide on-site support during furniture installation, ensuring proper placement per the design planAssist in final styling and visual merchandising for project completionParticipate in post-installation reviews to confirm all elements meet client expectationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field1-4 years of experience in FF&E design, preferably in residential or commercial projectsStrong understanding of space planning, construction drawings, and custom furniture designProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Experience with Studio Designer and Google Suite is a plusStrong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentMust be able to travel locally for site visits, vendor meetings, and installationsBenefitsBase salary plus bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
