You'll be preparing and reviewing a wide variety of tax returns and projections for a range of clients in the real estate, cannabis and entertainment industries. If you're a positive, people-person with a love for tax, we'd love to talk to you.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and detail review high-level partnership, S Corp and individual tax return preparationDeliver a full range of tax services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, etc.Improve processes by developing or implementing best practicesHandle tax research assignments, analyze tax code and regulations, notices, and other issues from various tax authoritiesOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree (Required)3-5+ years of recent tax preparation experience in public accounting required1-2+ years of recent experience detail reviewing tax returns preferredCPA or EA license, or eligibility and willingness to pursue either preferredA strong bookkeeping background preferredUS work authorization (Required)Experience with ProConnect Tax, Karbon, CCH Tax Research, CFS Tax Tools, Microsoft Office, Office Tools, and/or QuickBooks a plusBENEFITSCompensation: $70,000-$135,000, depending on experienceTwo weeks vacationSix sick days401(k) with 4% matchHealth insurance with matching subsidyVision InsuranceLife InsuranceRemote-friendly culture with team-oriented perks and activitiesPerks:Snacks/food in kitchen and lunches ordered to officeSupplies that make employees feel at homeMonthly activities like Yoga, walking, etc.Post-tax season outings and eventsSCHEDULEMonday to Friday, with overtime during tax season as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
