QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related field, and 8 years of proven experience in the job offered or related occupation.Semiconductor process flow, mask levels, construction of active and passive devices.DRC and Layout vs. Schematic (LVS) verification.Layout design projects, including planning, scheduling, and layout resource management.Circuit simulations to optimize the layout design.Tape-out process flow. CompensationThe US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $223,080.00 to $280,800 per year.
