AI-Native Analyst AcquiOS | Los Angeles, CA (Remote-friendly) About AcquiOS AcquiOS is an AI platform that automates commercial real estate and M&A deal analysis. We turn messy broker OMs into full DCF models and investment reports. Work that used to take a senior associate an entire weekend. Our customers are real estate investment firms, family offices, and acquisitions teams who are done paying smart humans $100k/year to copy-paste data from PDFs into Excel. Our founder spent nearly a decade running investments for Michael Eisner's family office and leading acquisitions at Regent Properties. He built AcquiOS because he was tired of watching sharp analysts burn out doing work a machine should handle. The Role This isn't a traditional analyst seat. You won't be formatting comps until midnight or manually spreading rent rolls into a template someone built in 2014. You'll be the swiss army knife at AcquiOS. Deploying with customers to learn their pain points. Working with product and engineering to quickly push new features. Building AI workflows that change how deals get analyzed. One week you're sitting with an acquisitions team tearing apart a broker OM. The next you're prototyping a new product feature based on what you learned. We're building the future of deal analysis. This role puts you at the center of it. Think of it as: part analyst, part builder, part translator between what deal teams need and what AI can do. What You'll Actually Do Work directly with CRE investment firms to understand their deal process and pain points Build and refine AI-powered workflows for underwriting, deal screening, and financial analysis Turn unstructured deal data (OMs, rent rolls, broker packages) into structured, usable outputs Prototype new product features based on what you learn in the field Help shape what the next generation of deal analysis looks like Who You Are Fresh out of school or 1-2 years into your career You understand real estate fundamentals. Cap rates, NOI, DCF models, rent rolls aren't foreign concepts to you You've built workflows in Claude, GPT, or similar tools that actually solved a real problem. Not just a demo You're more excited about building a 5-minute AI workflow than grinding through a 5-day Excel model You learn fast, ship fast, and don't wait for permission to try something new You can talk to a 55-year-old Principal at a real estate fund and a software engineer in the same afternoon Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with Python, APIs Background in finance, real estate, or data science How to Apply No resume required.
