Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry's top talent to help guide and support our customer's needs and provide them with innovative solutions.Our Account Manager II ensures clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Facilitates positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff. Acts as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex property accounts.Manage the entire account-service processMarket to carriersPrepare quotes and proposalsPrepares/presents proposals to clientsParticipates in client meetings/presentations with Producer(s)Oversees the processing of enrollments/changes/termsMaintains renewal controls on expirations and bindersResponds to/resolves escalated client issuesCheck policies/endorsement/audits for accuracyCoordinates premium financing and the collection of premiumsMaintains accurate and organized account filesSalary: The expected salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and licensing certifications, geographic location, approved salary budget as well as the specific position's business line, complexity, scope and level.
