Role Description We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive execution of integrated marketing initiatives across our professional installer (B2B) and direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can translate strategy into high-impact programs - supporting product positioning, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing efforts. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and optimize performance across channels. The is a hybrid position with at least three days per week onsite at our San Mateo office. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Campaign Execution Execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across B2B and DTC channels Develop and deploy marketing assets and programs to support product launches, sales enablement, and market education Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to support go-to-market execution Brand Messaging Contribute to development of compelling messaging and storytelling across products and audiences Support launch campaigns for new products and services, ensuring messaging resonates with both B2B, B2B2C,and D2C audiences Translate product features into clear, benefit-driven, solutions-focused content Digital Marketing & Content Manage execution of SEO, SEM, organic and paid social media, and other digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation Maintain marketing calendars across digital marketing, webinars, email campaigns, blogs, and newsletters Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to produce high-performing content Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights Events Marketing Support planning and execution of industry events, particularly within the professional channel Coordinate logistics, messaging, and materials in partnership with sales and product teams Track event performance and contribute to post-event reporting Collaboration & Operations Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business priorities Manage budgets for assigned programs and track performance against KPIs Contribute insights on customer needs, market trends, and campaign performance Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in smart home, consumer electronics, hardware technology, SaaS, or related industries Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across both B2B and DTC environments Strong foundation in digital marketing - including SEO/SEM, organic/paid social media, email, and affiliate marketing Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives Familiarity with e-commerce customer journeys and lifecycle marketing Ability to create impactful imagery for marketing assets such as social media, emails, event branding, dealer resources Strong communication and project management skills Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize performance Willingness to experiment with new technology trends Nice to Have Proficient in creative content creation tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Canva) Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, MailChimp, Klaviyo, Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Understanding of how to leverage AI tools such as Clay, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Jasper, and others Deep experience with marketing on social media platforms such as reddit, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and tik tok Experience collaborating and managing external agencies, vendors, and freelancers Out-of-box thinking with experience launching and managing guerilla marketing programs Compensation and Benefits Salary of $85,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and PTO.
